Our Story
You don't knead to be a qualified chef to bake
I have always had a passion for food and try to live a more wellness focused lifestyle. On a daily basis I consider what food I put in my body as well as what my carbon footprint is.
Being a qualified chef and working for more than 12 years in the restaurant industry I have seen many customers with many varying dietary requirements or allergies. That is why I have made my focus with Grains & Goodness to ensure all food items are the best quality, highest nutrient value and overall tasty.
I hope my passion for food carries through into your home when you purchase one of our Grains & Goodness products.

Delivery or Collect
We are based in Somerset West in the Western Cape.
You are welcome to arrange to collect, we are also able to courier anywhere in South Africa.
While we are ironing out our courier options, please pop us a message with your address and we will arrange a quote.
Payment Info
We happily accept EFT, Snap Scan or Cash on collection.
For EFT payments, we will release your order when the funds have cleared in our account.
